Visit the Applicant Portal and log in, or register if you don't have an account yet. Complete your entrant profile to get started.
Start Your Submission
Open the submission form and fill in the details of your entry, including the category most relevant to your product or achievement.
Complete Your Application
Provide thorough information about your solution — this is what the judges and the public will see. You can save your entry as a draft and return to it at any time.
Submit & Await Review
Submit your application, or choose "Submit & Add New" to enter another category. Applications go through a judging committee review before being opened for public voting.

Common Questions
Can I submit to more than one category?
Yes. Companies may nominate in multiple relevant categories. The number of free submissions depends on the sponsorship package. Additional entries are available for a fee — for details, contact us at awards@asadria.com.
How does the voting work?
After the judging committee approves applications, up to 5 finalists per category are opened for public voting. Voters must register on the voting portal.
What does the media package include?
Top-3 finishers receive a dedicated article across a&s Adria's media channels, a featured placement in an a&s Adria newsletter, social media promotion, and a full-page advertisement in the November and December issues of the magazine.
Do I need to attend the Summit to enter?
No, attendance is not required to enter. However, we encourage entrants to join us in Sofia, as the awards ceremony takes place during the Summit on 28–29 October 2026.
What is the submission deadline?
The deadline for submitting entries is 15 September 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+01:00). Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony during the Bulgarian Security Summit in Sofia. Submit your entry here.
Is this the first edition of the awards?
Yes. The Bulgarian Security Summit 2026 Awards are the inaugural edition — the first dedicated awards programme for the security industry in Bulgaria, organized by a&s Adria as part of the Summit.
Who judges the entries?
All entries are reviewed by an independent judging committee of recognized regional and international security experts. The 2026 panel will be announced ahead of the submission deadline.
